Cycling and Our Health

Tuesday, July 27th, 2010

People follow three paths to good health: doctor, diet, and exercise. The consensus that regular physical exercise is a vital part of maintaining health and wellbeing has existed for at least a decade. Individuals looking for an effective way to get in shape will be happy to know that cycling has many health benefits. Not only will it improve your heart health but also a good cycling program can build endurance and condition the heart for more rigorous exercise in the future. By a bicycle can be a useful for helping people loses weight. It takes both cardiovascular effort and muscle strength to power a bike. This can be very helpful for those that have the desire to get in shape and lose weight. Cycling is a great habit regardless of the kind of work. It is twice as much as beneficial to build stamina, illness resistance and endurance compared with jogging and running.

Cycle has several advantages over other exercises: Cycling exercises the heart better than walking without the pounding of jogging. One can ride a bicycle almost anywhere, at any time of the year, and at low cost. This is a very excellent type of exercising; it improves your aerobic as well as endurance capacity. Tones down several groups of muscle like thighs and calves, and it strengthens your back. I support the idea that fitness is best achieved and maintained through regular cycling at moderate speeds rather than through intense effort. Health experts recommend we get 30 minutes of physical activity each day to help to prevent heart disease, stroke, type II diabetes, cancer, obesity and depression. By walking and cycling you can incorporate low impact, aerobic exercise into a busy day.

Our skin is one the major body organs, also for excretion just like the urine in the urinary system. During cycling, the blood flow in our skin increase, removing our body’s heat and removes the waste through sweating. The time spent cycling will not be wasted; in addition to having a good ride, the cyclist will be more productive during the remaining time and will live longer as well.

Specialization of the age

Friday, July 16th, 2010

Our age is the age of specialization. Each one knows more about less. We concentrate on some narrow field and forget about the larger context in which we could see the meaning of our own specialization. Modern specialization has led to the fragmentation of knowledge. We should not only be specialists but also have a sense of the meaning of life and of social responsibility. We have to reckon with the spirit of science, understand its limitations and develop an outlook which is consistent with its finding.

It is no use clinging to traditional forms which have lost their meaning. We cannot ignore the world of scientific achievement and withdraw into the inner life of contemplation. We are involved in the mechanism of the modern world and so should seek even religious truth not merely with our emotions but with our minds. We cannot ignore the scientific civilization. Nor can we drop religion. To reconcile the two is the task set for our generation.

1. Don’t Pop Finns

sometimes you really want and sometimes won’t be able to think about much else until you get rid of. In these cases, go ahead and pop – but remember how to do it! Wash hands before and after the stop and squeeze when you see clear fluid or blood. That said, if you can resist, it’s better not to pop. Your skin will heal faster and reduces the risk of scar.

2nd Because Hydratiserade

Drink plenty of water throughout the day. This will help the moisture to the skin. Technically, not over-indulging in alcohol is also a good idea – but let’s be serious, most of us like to treat ourselves to a drink or two. So, if you going to drink, just make sure to also drink plenty of water to replenish lost hydration. It’s good for your skin and your hangover!

3rd Eat well
So many vitamins and minerals helps the skin’s health, so if you don’t eat well you deprive your body much needed nutrients. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables and skip the junk food when you can. Your skin (and the rest of the body) will thank you!

4th Go to Sleep

Nobody likes ugly dark circles and bags. You can buy a lot of different creams, lotions and ointments to deal with this problem – or you can take financial (not to mention more efficient) way and just get some sleep!
