Whereas anxiety is just a general anxious feeling panic attacks are much more powerful, and focused. Panic attacks will generally focus on one thing in particular. 2 &#8211; Schedule &#8220;me&#8221; time:</strong> if this is a foreign concept for you, then you&#8217;ll need it more than anyone. Open your planner, Outlook or PDA, and find time in your schedule to do something for yourself. Spend time on whatever you want that you&#8217;ve been putting off.
